1. Portal Access

Access to the Exhibitor Portal is granted to approved exhibitors and their authorized team members only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

2. Exhibitor Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date company and contact information.
Use the portal only for legitimate event-related purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and the event organizer's rules and policies.
Not upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

3. Lead Data & Privacy

Lead data captured through the portal is provided for your business use in connection with the event. You agree to handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and not to misuse visitor information.

4. Content & Products

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all content, product information, and media uploaded to the portal. The event organizer reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Ticket & Pass Allocation

Complimentary passes and tickets allocated to your booth are subject to the limits set by the event organizer. Unused passes cannot be transferred or refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal, including data loss or service interruptions.

7. Modifications

The event organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
